The graves in the Oak Grove Cemetery date back to 1788.

Pirates, French Huguenots, and Confederate Soldiers are buried beneath these broken slabs.

  1. Wow, this seems like it would be a really fun field trip for your students! A great place to teach history. 🙂 Also a wonderful place to take photographs. Great moss shots!
